My Focus

I specialize in eating disorders, body image issues and self-esteem issues. I am here to help you discover how you can take control and rediscover balance.

Working from an eclectic approach drawing on techniques I have learned from my training in Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, I provide a safe environment for us to explore and work on the issues that bring you to therapy.
